3 Minute Bedtime Mindfulness

Posted on by Jennifer Henczel

I created this mindfulness exercise to help you get to sleep faster, better and more relaxed.

Did you know that we have between 50k to 70,000 thoughts in a day? 70% of those thoughts can be negative ones. We abuse ourselves with negative thoughts that not only limit our growth in life, but also damage our body. When I found out about this fact, I decided to turn my mind from an enemy, into a friend.

So, I’ve been studying mindfulness for a number of years, and it helps in every aspect of my life.

Mindfulness and meditation have helped Paul and I overcome tragedy and achieve deep relaxation, balance and synergy.

Imagine how much more of a difference you could make in this world if you were more calm, creative, and focused in everything you do.

It resets your mind.

Try it. I’d love your feedback.
